 Mr. Meissner has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate including advisory services, asset management, acquisition, disposition, finance, leasing, construction and property management. His career path has been focused on commercial real estate transactions and the formation of Meissner CRES and San Diego Building Services, a vertically integrated operating business that manages a client portfolio valued in excess of 1 billion dollars. Tim’s primary functions are business growth and development as well as mentoring the firm’s Senior Management Team. Tim has a reputation of high integrity and performance within the real estate community. He is a member of the USD Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, member of The San Diego Foundation CRE Board, member of the Bank of Southern California Advisory Board and has been named by the San Diego Business Journal in the real estate industry section identifying The Most Influential People in San Diego. 

 Amy has over 20 years of accounting experience in the field of commercial property management, homeowners associations, asset management, and hospitality business. She has been with SDBS for over 7 years. Amy works with clients in the initial coordination of Yardi software requirements, including the setup of the following information: properties/owners, vendors, tenants, chart of accounts, financial reports and annual budgets. Amy works with asset management clients on distributions, cash flows, and financial reports. Amy has extensive experience with Yardi and QuickBooks, in setting up companies, building account trees, AR, AP, financial reports, budgets and payroll, and all things accounting. Prior to joining Meissner and San Diego Building Services, she worked with Banta Management, Inc. for nine years, where she performed all the accounting functions for company-owned hotels and restaurants. She holds MBA degree from Marist College and BA from East China Normal University. Amy is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin). 

Emmanuel has over 20 years of Customer Service experience with 6 of those most recent years in Project Management. Over his career, Emmanuel has gained well rounded knowledge in a wide range of experience in Asset Management Coordination, Residential Construction Management, Commercial Roofing Project Management, Project Management within the Commercial Real Estate Industry, and most recently,  Management in the Facilities Service industry. Emmanuel excels in managing projects from the early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction and works together with clients, contractors and project-related personnel on coordination, execution, scheduling, and implementation of the project details to build a successful project. Emmanuel achieved his BS in Business Administration from Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo. Emmanuel is also fluent in Spanish.

  Rob has over 30 years of experience in landscaping maintenance, customer service, property maintenance and facility maintenance. He has been with SDBS for over 5 years. 

Throughout his career, Rob has supervised municipal facilities, parks, sports fields, open space, maintenance assessment districts, Olympic training facilities, HOA Landscape, residential landscape, commercial landscape and owner associations.

Rob Is QWEL certified and holds a recycled water supervisor certificate. 

 Nick has over 15 years of customer service and property maintenance work experience. He has been with SDBS for over 7 years. Being one of the first team members out in the field, Nick has contributed to the growth of the company and helped nurture the relationships with our clients. Over the years, Nick has gained a deep level of understanding to be able to service our properties in the most efficient way and translates this over to our team members out in the field.
